As most of you probably know by now, my dad had to spend Chirstmas night in the hospital to get his appendix out the next day...... Here's the story!
On Tuesday afternoon my dad got such bad stomach cramps that he couldn't even stand up and he was preaching at our christmas eve service so he had to call Pastor Steve Thompson because they were coming uo to our service that evening so he preached that evening.
Then on Christmas day we woke up and my dad still felt super bad so we opened presents and he went upstairs to lie down....just before we headed off to the Willis' house my dad said he couldn't handle the pain any more do my mom took him to the hospital they gave him an injection she took him back home then my dad stayed here and we went to the Willis' for lunch where we had so much fun and food :). Then when we got home my dad said that they medicine had worn off and he couldn't handle the pain but it was getting late! So she called and Auntie Nicci, Uncle Vic and Mish came up and stayed with us and Mish slept over and stayed the whole of Friday because my mom went back and forth between the hospital in between my dad's surgery once they found out it was his appendix! But today is Monday and he's coming out of the hospital on Wednesday and he looks alot better too! |

The last time we visited my dad, he was sitting in the chair beside the bed because he was able to and felt more comfortable! So we all decided to lie on the bed and we were watching the Suite Life of Zack and Cody! I love that show! |

Our friends from Fellowship, our sister church in Durban, have come out with their own CD. Their bands name is Eversight.....Dan and Michelle Willis (brother and sister) and Warren Meyer make up the CD.
They are selling the CD for R100 or $10.
Their CD is "phenomenol" as my dad says, and it really is!

Just before school ended for the year, i had a Christmas party at my house for all my friends and I for one last time!

At school, we had a prizegiving and we got certificates for what we achieved. Andrew got 1st in his class. I got merit and The Fellowship Trophy! |

At school we had a grade 7 dance. We all had to dress us all nice and go to the school hall where the theme was a Carnival!We were not allowed to go if our parents didn't go, so all the parents sat around tables....
